Two benches, one firm

Start where your problem actually is

The engagement model is the same in both: assessment, roadmap, hands-on delivery, then a seat in governance. What changes is the room you walk into and who you are answerable to.

ReduzeIT LLC is a US-established advisory firm built around one idea: senior HR and IT leadership shouldn't require a full-time executive hire. Every engagement moves through the same disciplined arc — assessment, roadmap, implementation, and a seat in governance.

Built for what's next

For organizations ready to grow — new markets, new capabilities, and new things to sell.

01 — GROWTH STRATEGY

Growth you can defend

Not a hockey-stick slide — a specific, evidence-based view of where the next dollar of growth actually comes from.

  • Market and competitive analysis
  • Growth-scenario modeling
  • A prioritized short list of the highest-return moves
02 — TERRITORIAL EXPANSION

New markets, done right the first time

Entity structure, compliance, and go-to-market — built before you're operating in a country you don't yet understand.

  • Market-entry and go-to-market planning
  • Regulatory, tax, and entity-structure guidance
  • Local hiring and vendor setup support
03 — CAPABILITY BUILDING

The function you don't have yet

We design and staff the team, process, or system a growing company needs but hasn't built.

  • Capability gap assessment
  • Org design and role definition
  • Talent sourcing and onboarding for new functions
04 — SERVICE OFFERINGS

A new line of revenue

We take what you're already good at and turn it into something priced, packaged, and sellable.

  • Offer design and packaging
  • Pricing and go-to-market strategy
  • Pilot launch support and feedback loop

International Expansion

Opening in a country you do not yet understand

Expansion into the United States or Europe tends to fail on the same three things: an entity structured for the wrong tax position, a first hire made under employment law nobody read, and an office that cannot legally hold the data it needs to operate. None of those surface in month one. All of them are expensive in year two. We do the groundwork before you commit, then run the setup with you.

Europe or LATAM → United States

Landing in the US

State choice is a strategy decision, not a filing formality. Delaware, Wyoming and Texas carry different tax, disclosure and privacy consequences, and the one your counsel defaults to is not always the one your business wants.

  • Entity type and state selection, modeled against your actual revenue plan
  • EIN, registered agent and state-by-state registrations
  • Payroll, benefits and the insurance a US employee expects
  • At-will employment, offer structure and equity treatment
  • Banking, credit and vendor onboarding for a company with no US history
United States → Europe

Landing in Europe

Europe is not one market. Employment protection, notice periods, works councils and data rules change at every border, and "we will just use contractors" is the shortcut that gets reclassified two years later.

  • Entity versus employer of record, costed over a three-year horizon
  • Country selection on real criteria: talent depth, cost, language, time zone
  • GDPR, data residency and the transfer mechanism you will be asked to produce
  • Works councils, notice periods and collective agreements
  • VAT registration and cross-border invoicing that survives an audit

Board Advisory

One advisory bench, two seats at the table

Workforce & People Strategy

HR advisors bring culture, talent risk, and workforce strategy into governance conversations — informed by the same assessment and roadmap work done with your team.

Technology & AI Strategy

IT advisors give boards an independent, technical read on major infrastructure, platform, and AI decisions — grounded in hands-on delivery experience, not theory.

Insights

Field notes from the work

Occasional writing on strategy, operations, and the things that decide whether a change program actually lands. Practice-specific pieces live under HR and IT.

Is your AI sustainable, predictable, profitable?

Almost nobody's is, and the reason has very little to do with the technology. A story about a question nobody in the room could answer, and the three things that would have made it answerable.
